2. Notary Services

Our notary services include witnessing and certifying documents in compliance with applicable law. Appointments may be scheduled via the Contact Form.

Scheduling: You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the booked time at no extra fee. Changes requested within 24 hours may incur a service charge.

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a service credit toward future appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-creditable due to administrative preparation.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides and templates for legal processes. Access is granted after purchase confirmation.

Purchasers are eligible for a credit within seven days if less than 10% of the content has been downloaded. After seven days or exceeding that limit, no credit will be provided.

Credits are applied to your account or original payment channel within ten business days. A one-time transfer of access to another digital product is permitted upon request.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded stationery, seals, or office supplies. To initiate a goods credit, items must be sent back within fourteen days in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Credits are issued once items are received and inspected. swaps for items of equal value are available. Custom or personalized goods are final sale and not eligible for credits.

5. Refund Policy

All credits for services, digital products, or goods will be processed to the original payment channel. Processing time is up to ten business days.

Non-creditable Services: Certain on-site notary services are non-creditable once performed, as they involve certification of executed documents that cannot be undone.

6. Modifications of Terms
